"Gavriil K. Prigkipakis is a civil law notary at Nikaia, member of the Athens & Piraeus notaries Association. 

He has graduated from the law school of Athens, the oldest and most competitive of all in Greece. He has worked for a large law firm on secondment of one of the most stable banking institutions of Europe and for many years has been legal assistant in the notary public office of Theodora Balaska in Piraeus.

He has been practicing also in the area of maritime law and he is a holder of the postgraduate diploma in Maritime from the University of Piraeus, a leading University in the Maritime industry".
